Website privacy
This page covers the patientsquare.com marketing website only, not the Patient Square product. The website is operated by Patient Square LLC.
Plausible and Google Analytics 4 page counts use the build-time
canonical page address without query parameters, fragments, referrer
data, or custom properties. Google Analytics uses the measurement ID
G-5PDPGHXZ65, disables Google Signals and advertising personalization,
and may use first-party cookies to measure visits. Analytics pageviews,
StatCounter pageviews, PostHog events, and Microsoft Clarity are not
sent when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled. When a
Clarity project ID is configured, Clarity may record website
interactions; page text is masked.
When enabled, StatCounter receives the visit time, IP address, browser
and operating system, screen size, referring link, page URL, and page
title; it may set an is_unique cookie to estimate repeat
visits. See
StatCounter's privacy policy
.
PostHog is enabled only when its project is configured
to discard client IP data; the same-origin proxy removes forwarding IP
headers and replaces the client-IP field with 0.0.0.0. Service operators
may still process transport metadata needed to deliver a request. PostHog
sends explicit site interaction events only; automatic capture, page views,
page-leave events, and session recording are disabled. SDK persistence
disabled and a memory-only fallback keep PostHog state in memory.
First-party blog attribution uses a random attribution identifier with an
allowlisted summary retained for up to 28 days. Website providers may
process data needed to provide their services. Analytics does not receive
those contact details from booking forms. Do not enter protected health
information, patient details, or clinical narratives into website forms,
URLs, or booking notes. The psq_region cookie remembers your
region choice.
Demo bookings are handled by Cal.com under their privacy terms. Do not include patient information in any booking form or note.
For how Patient Square handles clinical data under the DPDP Act 2023, see our security page.
A full privacy policy is being finalized and will be published here.
